About

I am a 60 something wife, mother of 2, grandmother of 6, who has always loved cooking.  This developed into making jams and preserves when we grew our own fruit.  

I am a learner blogger, a developing digital scrapbooker and an off-and-on family history researcher.  

I have become  enthusiastic about  combining digital scrapbooking and family history, as I have a lot of  my grandmothers' (maternal and paternal) photographs which need to be categorised.  I need to do this while mum is still around to answer questions.  

I have  promised myself I will spend 1 night a week on family history alone.

Hopefully, I will be able to publish a little of my progress on a monthly basis.
